A Virtual Sales Officer in a bank is responsible for selling banking products and services through phone calls, video calls, digital platforms, and other remote channels. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential and existing customers through calls and digital channels.

Promote banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts, and other financial products.

Generate leads and convert them into customers.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain customer information and update records in the bank's CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and processing.

Ensure good customer service and resolve basic queries.

Follow all banking policies, compliance requirements, and sales procedures.

Eligibility

Qualification: HS/12th pass or Graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, basic computer knowledge, customer-handling skills

Preferred: Sales/telecalling/banking/financial-services experience
