Position: Tendering Executive

A Tendering Executive is responsible for identifying suitable tenders, reviewing tender requirements, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids. The role commonly involves GeM, government e-tendering, procurement portals, documentation, compliance, costing, and bid follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor GeM, CPPP and other e-tendering portals for relevant opportunities.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications and commercial terms.
Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Operations and other departments.
Upload and submit bids within the specified deadlines.
Ensure all documents meet tender and government compliance requirements.
Track submitted tenders, corrigenda, clarifications and bid results.
Maintain proper records of tender documents and submissions.
Assist with costing, rate analysis and commercial evaluation.
Follow up with clients/government departments regarding tender status.
Qualification & Skills
Qualification: Graduate; B.Com/BBA/Engineering/MBA can be preferred depending on the industry.
Experience: 1–3 years for Executive-level roles; experienced candidates with government/GeM tendering knowledge are preferred.
Good knowledge of GeM and e-tendering portals.
Strong MS Excel, Word and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
