A Technical Support Executive provides technical assistance to customers or employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting problems, guiding users, and ensuring timely resolution of technical queries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle technical support queries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.

Guide customers/users through step-by-step technical solutions.

Install, configure, and maintain software and basic IT systems.

Create and update support tickets and maintain issue records.

Escalate complex technical problems to senior technical teams.

Follow up with users to ensure issues are properly resolved.

Maintain knowledge of company products, systems, and troubleshooting procedures.

Provide excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.

Required Skills

Good technical and troubleshooting skills.

Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networking.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Problem-solving and analytical ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing/support tools.

Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1+ years relevant experience required
• Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree
