### Job Summary

We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Executive** to manage the recruitment process, identify suitable candidates, and support the organization in building a strong workforce.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Prepare and release job postings on various platforms.

* Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

* Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

### Eligibility

* **Qualification:** Graduate / MBA-HR preferred

* **Experience:** 0–3 years

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality and project standards.

• Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree
