### Supply Chain Executive – Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods and materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners.

* Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

* Prepare and maintain supply chain documents and reports.

* Follow up with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.

* Identify and resolve supply, delivery, and inventory issues.

* Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, and accounts teams.

* Monitor transportation and logistics costs.

* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

**Skills Required:**

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics management.

* MS Excel and computer proficiency.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Vendor management and negotiation skills.

* Attention to detail.

**Qualification:** Graduate / BBA / B.Com / MBA in Supply Chain or related field

**Experience:** 1–3 years preferred

• Collaborate with team members and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality and project standards.
