Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations.

Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.

Achieve sales and revenue targets.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.

Maintain proper billing, cash handling, and daily reports.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and company standards.

Coordinate with vendors and other departments when required.

Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
