### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain company social media accounts.

* Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content.

* Develop creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content.

* Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends.

* Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.

* Track engagement, reach, followers, and other social media metrics.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams.

* Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.

* Conduct competitor and market research.

* Prepare regular social media performance reports.

### Required Skills

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools.

* Creative thinking and good content-writing skills.

* Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing.

* Basic understanding of analytics and social media insights.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
