A Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site, coordinating workers and contractors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that work is completed safely and according to project plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site activities.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and vendors.
Monitor manpower and allocate work as required.
Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Check materials, tools, and equipment used at the site.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the site engineer/project manager.
Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at the workplace.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work progress.
Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of construction/site operations.
Basic understanding of civil drawings and measurements.
Team management and coordination skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work at construction sites and manage multiple activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree
