A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other project teams.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Take measurements and assist with quantity estimation.
Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers regarding site requirements.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Freshers/Experienced
