Position: Sales Officer

Responsible for generating sales and promoting construction-related products/services such as building materials, residential/commercial projects, or construction solutions. The role involves client acquisition, site visits, lead follow-up, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, calls, references, and networking.

Promote and sell construction products, materials, or projects.

Meet architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and potential customers.

Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Track market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualification

HS/Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience: 1–3 years in construction, building materials, real estate, or field sales preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
