### Packing & Operations Executive – Job Description
**Job Summary:**
The Packing & Operations Executive is responsible for managing packing activities, inventory handling, order processing, and day-to-day operational tasks. The role ensures products are packed accurately and safely and dispatched on time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle packing, labeling, and dispatch of products/orders.
* Check product quantity and quality before packing.
* Maintain inventory and stock records.
* Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
* Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
* Follow company safety and operational procedures.
* Assist in loading/unloading and movement of goods when required.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
**Qualification:**
* HS/12th Pass or Graduate
* Basic computer knowledge preferred
* Good communication and organizational skills
**Experience:**
* Freshers can apply; experience in packing, warehouse, or operations is an advantage.
