A Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machines according to production instructions and safety procedures.

Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

Monitor machine performance and production output.

Check finished products for quality and accuracy.

Identify basic machine faults and report technical issues.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.

Maintain production records and machine logs.

Follow workplace safety and quality-control standards.

Meet daily production targets while minimizing material wastage.

Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other production staff.
