A Loan Officer is responsible for assisting customers with loan applications, evaluating their financial eligibility, and coordinating the loan approval process. The role involves customer interaction, document verification, loan sales, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Explain various loan products to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential loan customers.
Assist customers in completing loan application forms.
Collect and verify required documents.
Assess customer eligibility and repayment capacity.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Follow up with customers regarding loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Achieve monthly loan sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.

Qualification
