Position: KYC Executive

A KYC (Know Your Customer) Executive is responsible for verifying customer identity and documentation, conducting due-diligence checks, maintaining accurate KYC records, and ensuring that customer onboarding follows company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Verify customer identity, address proof, and other KYC documents.
Review customer information and identify discrepancies or missing details.
Conduct KYC and basic customer due-diligence checks.
Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system.
Follow up with customers for pending or additional documents.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Escalate suspicious, incomplete, or inconsistent cases to the concerned team.
Ensure KYC activities are completed within defined timelines.
Prepare daily/periodic verification reports.
Follow company SOPs, AML/KYC guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Freshers to 2 years; banking, fintech, BPO, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of KYC/AML processes.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
