### Role Summary

Career Wings is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Front Office Executive to deliver world-class service within our luxury hospitality division. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing seamless front desk operations while cultivating exceptional guest relationships from arrival to departure.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, reservation management, and key card issuance.

* Deliver top-tier guest relationship management by proactively resolving guest inquiries, handling special requests, and ensuring a personalized luxury experience.

* Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams to guarantee room readiness and high service standards.

* Process guest billings, manage cash/credit transactions accurately, and maintain up-to-date guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).

### Requirements & Qualifications

* 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in front office operations or guest relations (Freshers with a degree in Hotel Management are encouraged to apply).

* Strong command over front desk operations and proven ability in guest relationship management.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished, and hospitable demeanor.

* Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline; familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., Opera, IDS) is preferred.
