Position: Billing Cum Store Executive

The Billing Cum Store Executive is responsible for handling billing operations along with inventory and store management. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining stock records, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Generate bills, invoices, receipts and delivery documents.

Handle cash/card/UPI billing transactions where required.

Maintain daily sales and billing records.

Receive, check and arrange incoming stock.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.

Issue materials/products as per requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers, sales and accounts teams.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

Maintain proper documentation for purchases, sales and stock movement.

Keep the store organized and ensure proper storage of products.

Use billing software, MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Required Skills

Good computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Knowledge of billing/inventory software.

Basic understanding of stock management.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and documentation.

Ability to maintain records systematically.
