Team Leader

A Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, monitoring performance, achieving targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves guiding team members, resolving issues, and reporting team performance to management. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively. Set daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance. Ensure the team achieves assigned business and operational targets. Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to team members. Track attendance, productivity, and work quality. Handle customer/client escalations and resolve issues. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management. Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed. Identify performance gaps and take corrective action when required. Required Skills: Good communication and leadership skills. Strong team management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Qualification: Graduate preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; experienced candidates may be considered based on the industry.
