Site Engineer

A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. They coordinate with contractors, architects, and project teams to ensure quality execution and timely completion of the project. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is carried out according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Verify measurements, quantities, and material usage. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions. Monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of assigned work within budget. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 1–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Fresh graduates may be considered for trainee positions. Required Skills Knowledge of construction methods and site execution. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
