Retail Promoter

A Retail Promoter is responsible for promoting products or brands in retail stores, assisting customers, generating sales, and maintaining product visibility and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Promote and demonstrate products to customers. Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing. Assist customers in selecting suitable products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising. Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor about shortages. Build good relationships with customers and store staff. Collect customer feedback and report market observations. Prepare basic sales and daily activity reports. Ensure promotional materials and displays are properly maintained. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service and convincing skills. Sales-oriented approach.
