Retail Promoter

A Retail Promoter is responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales in retail stores. They demonstrate product features, answer customer queries, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional manner. Promote and demonstrate products to customers. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns. Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages. Coordinate with the store manager regarding promotions and product availability. Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and customer service orientation. Convincing and negotiation skills.
