Position: Customer Support Executive Department: Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required. Meet daily performance and customer satisfaction targets.
