Quality Executive (Mid Level )

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Executive to monitor, evaluate, and improve service quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality auditing, process improvement, and performance monitoring while ensuring compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate employee performance through quality audits. Conduct regular call, process, or service quality assessments. Prepare quality reports and share feedback with management. Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members. Maintain quality scorecards and documentation. Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues. Collaborate with team leaders to improve overall service quality. Participate in training sessions and quality calibration meetings. Requirements: B.Tech Mechanical or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experienced in any Quality Field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance data. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
