Store Incharge

A Store Incharge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, maintaining inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, supervising store staff, and ensuring smooth store functioning while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods. Ensure proper storage and timely replenishment of stock. Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase department for stock requirements. Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store. Prepare stock reports and conduct periodic inventory audits. Handle stock discrepancies, damages, and returns. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Graduate (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Store Incharge or in inventory/store management. Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/Tally preferred). Good organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
