Food & Baverage Manager

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality standards, and profitable business performance. The role includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining hygiene standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet services, and room service. * Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. * Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff. * Develop staff schedules and monitor employee performance. * Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, and supplies. * Control operational costs and minimize wastage. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to plan menus and special promotions. * Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service issues promptly. * Prepare reports on sales, budgets, and operational performance. * Ensure all outlets meet company standards for cleanliness and service. **Required Qualifications:** * Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations. **Key Skills:** * Leadership & Team Management * Customer Service Excellence * Inventory & Cost Control * Budget Management * Problem-Solving * Time Management * Communication & Interpersonal Skills * Decision-Making
