Supervisor

A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring work quality, and achieving assigned targets. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the team. Assign tasks and monitor employee performance. Ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Train and guide new and existing employees. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline. Resolve operational issues and employee concerns. Maintain quality and company standards. Coordinate with management and other departments. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports. Ensure workplace safety and company policies are followed. Required Skills: Good communication and leadership skills. Team management and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer knowledge. Qualification: HS/Graduate, depending on industry. Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers may be considered for junior supervisor roles.
