Quality Executive (Junior Level )

A Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet the company's quality standards. They monitor processes, conduct quality checks, identify issues, and work with teams to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain quality standards in daily operations. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits. Identify quality issues and report them to the concerned team. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality procedures. Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation. Analyze customer complaints and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with different departments to improve quality processes. Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Support training programs related to quality standards. Skills Required: Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of quality management tools is an advantage. Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical or Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, or equivalent). Diploma or certification in Quality Management is an added advantage.
