Logistic Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the transportation, storage, and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure smooth supply chain operations while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with vendors, transporters, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and monitor transportation schedules. Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers regarding shipment status. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and delivery records. Resolve transportation or delivery issues promptly. Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations. Maintain accurate logistics reports and documentation. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply if required). Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
