**Job Title:** HR Manager **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall HR operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. * Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance. * Coordinate training and development programs. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration. * Foster a positive and productive workplace culture. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in HR management. * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
