Position: Talent Acquisition Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Prepare and release job postings on various platforms. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment deadlines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Office. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
