Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to supervise daily operations, guide team members, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and achieve organizational goals. ### Key Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve performance targets. * Assign tasks and monitor daily work progress. * Train, mentor, and support team members. * Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. * Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. * Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally. * Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow. * Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. * Maintain a positive and productive work environment. ### Requirements: * Graduate in any discipline. * 1–3 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role (Freshers with strong leadership skills may be considered for trainee roles). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace). * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ### Skills Required: * Leadership & Team Management * Communication Skills * Problem-Solving * Time Management * Conflict Resolution * Reporting & Coordination
