Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in expanding the company's client base. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities. Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team. Explain the company's products and services to potential clients. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
