Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain company products or services and answer customer queries. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: HS (12th Pass) or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Fluency in English, Hindi, or the local language is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and self-motivation. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service orientation.
