Medical Representative (MR) – Job Description Position: Medical Representative (MR) Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate product information and demonstrate product benefits. Collect market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and market trends. Organize doctor meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities. Submit daily visit reports and sales reports to the reporting manager. Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and retailers. Eligibility: Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, or any Graduate) Experience: Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones. Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Customer relationship management. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
